RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Physical Product Returns

We offer 14 days return on eligible physical products from the date of purchase.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must not have been installed
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued after inspection.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • ECU software licenses
  • TCU software licenses
  • Vehicle coding services
  • Custom software tuning
  • Digital products
  • Downloaded software
  • Activation licenses

Once software is installed, it cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • ECU remapping
  • TCU remapping
  • software tuning upgrades
  • diagnostics
  • coding services
  • installation labour

Hardware Removal

If a customer requests removal of installed hardware:

  • Hardware may be removed
  • Installation cost remains non-refundable
  • Additional labour charges apply

Software Reversion

Software can be returned to factory stock settings if requested.

However:

  • this is not a refund
  • additional labour charges apply

Faulty Products

If a supplied product is faulty due to manufacturing defect:

We may offer:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • store credit

Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse is not covered.
