RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Physical Product Returns
We offer 14 days return on eligible physical products from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must not have been installed
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued after inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- ECU software licenses
- TCU software licenses
- Vehicle coding services
- Custom software tuning
- Digital products
- Downloaded software
- Activation licenses
Once software is installed, it cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- ECU remapping
- TCU remapping
- software tuning upgrades
- diagnostics
- coding services
- installation labour
Hardware Removal
If a customer requests removal of installed hardware:
- Hardware may be removed
- Installation cost remains non-refundable
- Additional labour charges apply
Software Reversion
Software can be returned to factory stock settings if requested.
However:
- this is not a refund
- additional labour charges apply
Faulty Products
If a supplied product is faulty due to manufacturing defect:
We may offer:
- replacement
- repair
- store credit
Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse is not covered.
