WARRANTY POLICY

Hardware Warranty

Physical products supplied by Ramzy Performance may carry a limited warranty depending on manufacturer terms.

Warranty does not cover:

• incorrect installation
• misuse
• accidental damage
• vehicle electrical faults
• third-party modification

Software Warranty

Software tuning is designed specifically for each vehicle.

We guarantee that:

• the software will function correctly when installed
• the vehicle will operate safely within designed parameters

However software warranties do not cover:

• mechanical failures
• clutch wear
• gearbox wear
• turbocharger failure
• injector failure
• engine component failure

These are vehicle mechanical components outside our control.

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void if:

• another workshop modifies the vehicle
• ECU/TCU is overwritten
• hardware is tampered with
• software is altered
• customer attempts DIY changes

Diagnostic Charges

If a vehicle returns with issues unrelated to our installation, diagnostic labour may be charged.
