VEHICLE CONDITION AGREEMENT
This Vehicle Condition Agreement applies to all vehicles serviced, modified, tuned, or inspected by Ramzy Performance.
By booking or receiving any service, the customer confirms agreement with the following terms.
1. Vehicle Mechanical Condition
The customer confirms that their vehicle is in good mechanical condition before any work is carried out.
The customer must disclose any known issues including but not limited to:
- engine problems
- gearbox faults
- turbocharger issues
- fuel system problems
- warning lights or fault codes
- previous accident damage
- previous tuning or ECU modifications
Failure to disclose known issues may result in service refusal or additional charges.
2. Pre-Existing Faults
Ramzy Performance is not responsible for faults that existed before the vehicle arrived, including:
- worn engine components
- weak clutch or gearbox
- failing turbocharger
- faulty injectors or sensors
- blocked DPF systems
- electrical issues
If faults are discovered during diagnostics, additional work may be required before modifications can proceed.
3. Vehicle Suitability
Not all vehicles are suitable for performance tuning.
Ramzy Performance reserves the right to refuse tuning services if the vehicle:
- shows mechanical faults
- has poor maintenance history
- has unsafe modifications
- cannot safely support the requested upgrade
4. Responsibility for Mechanical Failures
Performance modifications increase stress on vehicle components.
Ramzy Performance cannot guarantee the lifespan of:
- engines
- turbochargers
- gearboxes
- clutches
- fuel systems
- cooling systems
Failures in these components are considered mechanical wear or pre-existing weakness, not the responsibility of Ramzy Performance.
5. Customer Acknowledgement
By authorising work, the customer confirms:
- the vehicle is mechanically sound
- all known issues have been disclosed
- they accept the risks of performance modifications
