These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services, products, and installations provided by Ramzy Performance.

By purchasing products or booking services through www.ramzy.co.uk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Overview

Ramzy Performance provides automotive services including but not limited to:

  • ECU tuning and remapping
  • TCU tuning
  • Vehicle coding and programming
  • Multimedia upgrades
  • Hardware upgrades and installations
  • Diagnostics and vehicle performance upgrades

All services are provided subject to these Terms.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Their vehicle is in good mechanical condition
  • All existing faults are disclosed
  • The vehicle is suitable for modifications requested

Ramzy Performance is not responsible for mechanical failures caused by:

  • worn components
  • existing faults
  • poor maintenance
  • aftermarket parts installed by others

3. Performance Modifications

Vehicle tuning and modifications may:

  • Increase engine stress
  • Affect manufacturer warranties
  • Alter vehicle emissions
  • Change fuel consumption
  • Affect insurance requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their insurance company and vehicle manufacturer where required.

4. Service Completion

A service is considered complete once software is installed or labour has been performed.

Due to the nature of digital tuning and vehicle modification, services cannot be reversed without additional labour charges.

5. Third-Party Interference

If any third party:

  • modifies installed software
  • removes hardware
  • performs additional coding
  • alters ECU/TCU data

then all warranties and guarantees from Ramzy Performance become void immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ramzy Performance shall not be liable for:

  • loss of vehicle use
  • mechanical failures unrelated to our work
  • loss of income or business
  • damage caused by third-party modifications
  • misuse of installed upgrades

All vehicle modifications are performed at the customer’s own risk.

7. Refusal of Service

Ramzy Performance reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • the vehicle has serious faults
  • the customer provides incorrect information
  • the modification requested is unsafe
  • the vehicle has been previously poorly modified

8. Changes to Terms

Ramzy Performance reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
