INSTALLATION SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Installation Service Agreement applies to all physical installations performed by Ramzy Performance.
1. Installation Services
Ramzy Performance provides installation services for various automotive upgrades including:
- multimedia upgrades
- ECU hardware solutions
- retrofit components
- performance hardware
- electronic modules
- coding and programming
All installations are performed using professional methods and industry-standard tools.
2. Labour Charges
Labour charges apply for:
- installation
- diagnostics
- troubleshooting
- software programming
- removal of components
- reverting vehicles to stock configuration
Labour charges are non-refundable once work has been performed.
3. Customer Supplied Parts
If a customer supplies their own parts:
- Ramzy Performance does not guarantee compatibility
- additional labour may be required
- warranty does not apply to customer supplied parts
Ramzy Performance is not responsible for defective customer-supplied components.
4. Vehicle Disassembly
Certain installations may require:
- interior removal
- trim removal
- wiring access
- dashboard removal
All reasonable care will be taken during installation.
However Ramzy Performance cannot guarantee that:
- older clips will not break
- worn plastic trims will not crack
- previously damaged components will not fail
These are common risks when working with vehicle interiors.
5. Post-Installation Support
If issues occur after installation:
- the vehicle may require inspection
- diagnostic labour may apply
- issues caused by unrelated faults are not covered
6. Third-Party Work
If another workshop modifies the installation or vehicle electronics after our work:
- any support or warranty may be void
7. Vehicle Collection
Vehicles should be collected promptly after work is completed.
Ramzy Performance may charge vehicle storage fees for vehicles left without arrangement.
